holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Geneva, an LL.M. in Public International Law from the University of Leiden and a Magister Juris from the University of Oxford. He completed his doctoral studies at the University of Zurich, worked for the Swiss Foreign Ministry and is currently a political and legal advisor at the Swiss parliament.
