He has been working, i.a., with the EU Commission, now holds a chair at Zurich University and is head of the University’s Center for Intellectual Property and Competition Law (CIPCO). He is a Research Fellow with the Max Planck Institute and an Of Counsel with Schellenberg Wittmer. Since 2019/2022, he is a regular guest professor at King’s College, London/European University Institute, Florence.
