is a professor of Public Law, European Law, and International Economic Law at the University of Zürich. Previously, he worked as a legal counsel in the Federal Department of Economic Affairs and as an attorney-at-law in Zurich. His research interests focus, among others, on the bilateral relations between Switzerland and the EU.
