holds a Chair for Public Law and European and Public Interna-tional Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zurich. She currently serves as a judge at the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Previously she served as the judge in respect of Switzerland at the European Court of Human Rights and as a member of the UN Human Rights Committee.
